Why Won't Tampa Sports Authority and Cheap Owners Replace Poor Outdated Screens?

It is pathetic that the scoreboard screens and video monitors have dead pixels and look terrible. If they used $3 per person who attended two games last year they could have replaced them. If the screen is not good in a stadium it really hurts the in stadium experience. I am fed up as a season tix holder. SCOUT
