A D-coordinator is easier to keep than a stud OC - just look at Monte Kiffen; he never got a head coaching job.
Well, I've gotten excited by Eric Bieniemy. Number one, Bruce is too old for my taste. Love the guy to death; but, his coaching days are over. I never saw Eric talk till yesterday; but, I like what I see. He's not a act immature guy like Raheem Morris, or a "wish I was the leader that Dungy" like Lovie.
Eric clearly has a knack for running the ball. He's beyond just stanfard stuff. I think he's probably knows his passing attack enough. But, I hope he can find an O coordinator that he can work with. Two minds is better than one. I keep thinking this helped Koetter out a little bit; but, both were much more about passing attack.
I'm wondering how much Eric is behind Tyreek Hlll and Damian Williams.
