Because we've reached the midpoint in the season and some quarterbacks played significantly more than others in their rooke seasons, we have added a screen to assure that a quarterback has attempted at least 50 passes to show up on the list.Winston ranks eighth on the list and has a quarterback rating of 84.0, tucked right between Matt Ryan (85.4) and Jim Kelly (83.6) at the same point in their careers.Mariota remains a few ticks higher in fourth place with a rating of 101.8.The Tampa Bay Times created a database of all quarterbacks picked in the first round of the NFL draft since 1980.
