Winston a notorious slow starter

Bucs are really going to have to figure out a way to address Winston's demonstrated inability to get it going early. He is a slow starter in both games and practice. I think Jameis plays best when he is in a rhythm and is moving at a faster pace. When the pressure of the game intensifies, and he is no longer on script, it seems like he really starts playing football. I personally would come out of the gate attacking in a fast no huddle offense. He seems to do well with that. You can still run the ball - just get to the line quickly and let Jameis get his blood flowing quicker.
