Winston, to me, has been everything we could have asked for as a rookie thus far, both on and off the field.  One thing that I like about him, too, is that his timing on the deep ball is dead near perfect.  He chooses one on one matchups, and looks for it when he is fairly sure he is going to have time to do it.  A hope of mine for the future is that his accuracy on the bomb improves.  This is not about 20 yard shots across the middle or for the receiver who's turned around vs. a zone but on the deep ball.  It's only when the receiver is streaking down the field.  A great many times his throws there are off, and even a number of his completions have been underthrown.  Last week vs. the Giants he correctly took a number of shots and almost all of them were missed, even when the receiver was open.  I know it was Dye and not Jackson, but he had Dye open for an easy six one time and missed him by a bit.I'm sure he will take some more shots vs. the Cowboys.  Here's hoping he can hit them.  If he can, it will make a big difference for us.  As a fan of his, this is again not a criticism but an observation I've made and something I will be consciously looking at.
