I think at this point the Glazers have to ban Winston from playing the rest of this season because if he gets injured the $21M guarantees for 2019. Make him #3 and let the new GM make the decision. If they want to keep him then maybe work out a deal to get it lower, because there's no way they can go into the season with him on a 1 year, $21M deal.
I've heard alot of buzz about Brissett. He's only 24. He could be a trade option in the off-season.
