He was just let go after a tweet criticizing Rodgers and Green Bay management. Although, the writing was on the wall after McCarthy was fired.
Assuming Koetter stays, I feel like Duffner gets the promotion to DC as I don't see us brining in anyone else in to run the defense - a new guy is going to want his own staff.
Moss would be a good candidate to replace Duffner as the LBs coach. He has a good resume coaching LBS during his tenure in Green Bay, he's a former player, has attitude, and experience coaching a 3-4 like Brenston Buckner.
Duffner, Moss, and Buck could collaboratively change the mentality/culture of the defense and truly develop a "multiple" defense with their experience in different defensive schemes.
