The Glazers made a huge mistake not moving on from Jason Licht in the off season. This teams drafting has been terrible. Our needs have been the same for 2-3 years. Pass rushers and offensive linemen. Instead of investing in the draft we throw away countless picks on cornerbacks and kickers. Jameis continues to have to force things because if we don’t score on every possession, we can’t compete. Just my thoughts.
