Winston's Deep Ball

Winston is taking some heat for his deep ball and overthrows to Evans downfield. My take on this though, is that Winston's ability to launch it is something that we have just failed to take advantage of. Do you think Bruce Arians would be running out anything close to this receiver squad (except for Evans) if he was coach of this team? I like Shep, but he should be the #4 WR at best next year. This team needs to find legitimate speed at WR to give Winston so they can start to threaten all levels of the field.
