with koetter here, does he get to have new qb coach?

or does he roll with arroyo ( by a hc mandate)?...i know oline coach is a priority , but if we're reloading lets go all the way and get an experienced qb coach to work with D.K. and the group ( though maybe that's mccown's role ?  )...
