If you score 27 points, you should win games. Plain and simple. The defense is flat out atrocious aside from the one drive deep in Buffalo territory.
You know how I know Mike Smith is a hack? Because it took 4 games for him to stop letting Hargreaves "do what he's comfortable with"
Where are the adjustments? Completely outcoached on the defensive side.
Similarly, outcoached offensively as well! Surprise Surprise. The two most creative play calls of the game, probably of the season, the OJ Howard TD's led to touchdowns.
Where are the crossing routes? Where are the check downs? Why is coach not in Jameis' ear about forcing it downfield in clear situations where we just need a few yards?
Take out the toss play, take out the Bernard Reedy reverse, and take out the deep pass. COMPLETE Waste of downs in this offense. I love Jameis but why isn't common logic being used in coaching him? Or anyone on this team?
Starting to lose faith in this coaching staff, and I was really high on them over the summer. But it's clear stubbornness and stupidity will drive this team into the ground. Make an adjustment, use some creativity. Stop letting Jameis throw deep on 3rd and 4, Stop letting Charles Sims carry the ball out of the backfield. Stop letting Hargreaves play with a 30 yard cushion. Blitz. Do SOMETHING to change things up here because you will soon see the same fate as Lovie, Schiano, and Raheem. In the can.
