Young OL not being ready to play

This was mentioned in another thread but I feel it deserves its own.

There's a big reason why young OL aren't ready right out the gate and why Cappa took a couple years to develop. The limitation of practices in full pads has a lot to do with that. In order for O-Linemen to properly develop their blocking skills, they have to hit. Limited padded practices = limited hitting.
