@Yuccaneers had an excellent post in another thread.(Hopefully you don't mind me creating a thread out of it.) But I think its worth widely sharing because it encapsulates where the Bucs are (and where most of us are as fans):

"To be fair to Jameis Winston? How about what is fair to this fan base and organization moving forward? Jameis has not progressed from year one to year five. He is making the same mistakes one would expect an undrafted rookie to make – albeit in year five.

There is plenty of blame to go around – however, the common theme with this team since Jamies was drafted is his inability to sustain drives, deliver the ball accurately, decision making and his penchant for turnovers. Noting none of which has greatly improved since his rookie season. Some could argue could all have regressed.

Jason Licht bares blame is this cluster fudge as well.

He inherited a team that had offensive line issues, defensive line issues, QB issues, and secondary issues – none of which in six years has been fixed. It’s like we are at square one all over again.

As a long-time fan who has been demoralized by the product and showing on the field. I can truly say I am indifferent to this organization. I used to live and die with wins and loses.

I now find myself looking for things to do rather than watch this team play on Sundays. Which is a lot harder for me to type than some will think.

I have lost faith in Jason Licht and Jamies Winston!

Neither has represented this organization in a manner to give fans either short term hope or a long term outlook that things will get better."
