READ-OPTION: PICK FIVE

In this week’s read-option I’m switching things up a tad and giving you a little Pick-5.

Knowing the Bucs current offensive line situation, their strengths and their woes, there are quite a few combinations they could throw out there as the starting five at the beginning of training camp and going into the regular season.

As we learned about the versatility of Marpet and Pamphile, thinking about how long it took the team to bring back Joe Hawley, plus throwing in the fact that Marpet played right guard all last year and Sweezy has only played right guard in his offensive lineman career, who would your five starting offensive lineman be? Or at least, which unit would you give the first crack at come training camp?

Would you move Marpet from that right guard spot that he played so well, or would you force Sweezy to make a change? Could Marpet be your man in the middle at center? If that’s the case, who are your starting guards? Do you think Pamphile should get a shot a right tackle to replace Dotson? Or, how about this, do you even think Sweezy is going to be in the conversation at all coming off a back surgery that sidelined him for an entire year?

If you could have your pick of the first starting five, which five would it be and where would you line them up?
