Read-Option: Who starts at RG?
This week’s read-option question is sort of a read-option inside another read-option.
My initial question to you all is who you expect to be the Bucs starter at right guard in Week 1 in new Orleans. Do you have faith that Caleb Benenoch can get it done? Or do you think that Alex Cappa, the team’s third-round pick this year, will prove himself over the course of training camp and the preseason?

As a follow up question, let’s say Demar Dotson’s surgically repaired knee flares up and that he isn’t 100 percent by Week 1, if Benenoch wins the right guard job, would you move him back to right tackle and put Cappa at right guard, or would you leave Benenoch at right guard for consistency and plug Leonard Wester in at right tackle? Remember, Wester did play the last half of the final New Orleans game at right tackle in 2017.
Finally, I’ll let you all sound off on how Tampa Bay general manager Jason Licht has done in free agency. Is this his worst area as a GM, and if so, how much does it bring his overall review down in your mind? Do you like what he has done and do you have faith he’ll improve in this area of his job? Or, on the flip side, do you think I was too harsh on him in the first page of this Cover 3? is he better at free agency than I’ve give him credit for for at least getting those players to Tampa Bay?
The floor is yours.
