Which Buccaneers players should you target for your fantasy roster? What tight ends should you monitor in the wake of the Delanie Walker and Greg Olsen injuries? Which receiver leads their team in all receiving categories but is only owned in less than 10 percent of fantasy leagues? Watch this week’s Fantasy Football Forecast to find out!

Below are the questions that were asked in our mailbox for this week’s edition of the FANTASY MAILBAG.

Question: Thoughts on Le’Veon Bell? Trade for him?

Answer: Right now it appears as though there’s a lot of bad blood between Bell and the Pittsburgh Steelers to the point that they no longer have him listed on the depth chart on their official team website. This is a situation that could get very ugly, just like what happened with Khalil Mack and the Oakland Raiders, and if it gets to that point we may see Bell traded to another franchise before the deadline. I still believe that Bell will play at some point this season, whether it be for the Steelers or another team, and when he does he’ll still be without question a top five running back. If you have a deep roster and can afford to give up some production in the short term to acquire Bell’s services, that move should pay off for you when the fantasy playoffs roll around but you need to be confident that the rest of your team will get you there first.

Question: Do you start Leonard Fournette or James Conner?

Answer: Right now it appears as though Fournette’s status for this Sunday’s game against the Patriots is still unclear, as he is day-to-day with a hamstring injury. It doesn’t look like the Jaguars will be rushing him back onto the field so it’s hard to recommend him at this point. As Le’Veon Bell looks like he’ll be missing his second-straight week of action, James Conner has another favorable matchup against a Kansas City defense that is currently ranked 22nd against the run and was vulnerable in that area last season. Believe it or not Conner leads the league in rushing after week one with 135 yards, so I would continue to play him as long as Bell remains away from the Steelers.
