About Me
I've been a Bucs fan since 1991 when I was 9 years old. I became a Bucs fan because I would play Tecmo Super Bowl a lot and because I'm a Sarasota native (born there, lived there for most of my life), I would always pick the Bucs.
My "TB12" was freakin' Trent Dilfer.
I'd always listen to games on the radio since most of them were blacked out. Never had a chance to go to games because there was no one in my family who would spend a dime to take me, and by the time I had my own car I had no money AND every game was sold out anyway.
Now I'm just too old and I'm not joking when I say I'd probably die from the heat, if covid didn't get me. Also I still don't have any money and don't even live in the US anymore either.
I've seen too much losing to EVER want to go through a "tanking" season.
Tanking is a loser mentality, as is wanting to gut the team so a self-fulfilling prophesy of the team being bad enough to get the head coach and the entire front office fired comes true.
If you want this team to tank you are not a fan, you are a loser in life and just want the team to be losers too.
Jason Licht is the best GM in sports and only people who want to be right about how "bad" the team is more than they want to see the team be good say otherwise. Calling players busts from the second they're drafted is not being a "realist" it's being negative just to be negative while hoping people will tell you how smart you are when your broken clock predictions turn out right.
