Watkins is just average. You don't take an average WR in the top 10.

Watkins isn't an early first rounder. Hopkins is better than Watkins and he was picked very late in the first.

How about 2nd round? His arm talent alone is worth at least a 2nd. His deep ball and arm strength is probably top 10 as soon as he enters NFL.
