Pewter Report’s Scott Reynolds has started a new video series on Pewter Report’s YouTube channel, PewterReportTV, called the Pewter Pulse. These short videos – typically around five minutes in length – allow Reynolds to offer up his expert analysis and opinion on a particular Bucs or NFL topic.

In this episode, Reynolds hits on the hot topic gripping Bucs nation – the contract impasse between Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans and the Bucs. What or who is holding up a contract extension? Will a new deal get done before the start of the season – or by free agency next year? Or is this the final season for Evans in Tampa Bay?
