If you take that into account and Cousins in the starting QB in Denver, the Broncos won’t be pressured to move, so they’ll likely stay put at No. 5 or have a different team trade up with them if one of the quarterbacks fall. In this scenario, they don’t, so instead the Broncos get to fill a position of need with one of the best prospects in the entire draft. Nelson is a plug-and-play offensive guard who will start Day 1.
