The Pick: Marcell Ateman, WR, Oklahoma State
Ateman was often the overlooked one in the Oklahoma State aerial attack, and even though he might be overlooked a bit again, getting picked behind his quarterback, Mason Rudolph, and his fellow wide receiver, James Washington, Ateman shouldn’t have to wait too long to hear his name called.
Ateman is an ideal, true outside receiver at 6-foot-4, 220 pounds. He can hopefully bring some consistency and help to Cam Newton once and for all, as the team has continued to put wide receiver help to the back burner.
