No. 4 Cleveland Brown (4-12)
The Pick: Saquon Barkley, RB, Penn State
Though the Browns could opt to bring back their starting running back Isaiah Crowell, he is an unrestricted free agent, and there’s a chance they let him walk with the intent to start over at quarterback and running back.
Barkley is the unanimous No. 1 running back in this class by most accounts (although, if you ask us, Derrius Guice could give him a run for his money). Barkley finished his Nittany Lion career with 3,843 rushing yards on three straight 100-yard seasons. If there’s going to be a running back picked in the Top 10 or Top 5, even, it’s going to be Barkley.
