Following a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Sunday claiming that Saints’ running back Alvin Kamara had missed his third consecutive practice due to unhappiness over his contract, Josina Anderson has reported that the Saints are open to trading the fourth-year back.
I'm told the Saints are open to trading RB Alvin Kamara, per source.

Kamara was one of the more productive backs against the Bucs’ top-ranked run defense in 2019, eclipsing 60 rushing yards and 100 total yards from scrimmage in both of their NFC South matchups.
Losing Kamara, who has never averaged fewer than 4.6 yards per carry and has found the end zone 37 total times in his three seasons in the NFL, would be a significant blow to the Saints’ offense just under two weeks from their Week 1 date against the Bucs.
The Saints would be left with three running backs on the roster if Kamara was traded: Latavius Murray, Ty Montgomery and rookie Tony Jones Jr. out of Notre Dame. Tampa Bay travels to New Orleans to face their division rivals on September 13 and against on November 8.
