Mason Cole | South | OC | Michigan
Mason Cole is an interesting prospect for the Buccaneers to keep an eye on because of what they might be able to do wth their offensive line this offseason.
Buccaneers offensive lineman Ali Marpet moved to center last year and they’ll likely keep him there for 2018 and beyond, but they don’t have to – Marpet showed he can be an elite guard, if moved back.
Cole, 6-foot-5, 306 pounds, has started nearly every single game of his collegiate career. He started all 12 games as a freshman and sophomore as a right tackle, but was then moved to center for his junior and senior seasons. He’s a powerful interior offensive lineman who still moves well from his tackle playing days. Perhaps he’s a guy they give a look to and maybe toy with the idea of getting creative with Marpet.
