The Bucs announced that former edge rusher Simeon Rice is going to be inducted into Tampa Bay’s Ring of Honor at halftime during their Week 13 game against the Cardinals on November 30.
After the announcement, Rice gave a speech and answered questions from media members. Starting out with the speech, Rice was very emotional for this accomplishment thinking of his parents and family. Rice loved playing football and playing in Tampa Bay.
