Appearing on the Rich Eisen radio show on Tuesday, Bucs head coach Bruce Arians confirmed that Tampa Bay would have brought quarterback Jameis Winston back had Tom Brady – or Teddy Bridgewater – not been signed as a free agent.
Arians also noted that he has personally reached out to two teams to vouch for Winston’s talent and work ethic.
