New Bucs quarterback Tom Brady headlined the NFL’s All-Decade team starting from 2010 as one of only eight players to be a unanimous decision. Bucs’ defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was another to make the all-decade team.

Brady had a decade of dominance with the over that span with the New England Patriots, winning three Super Bowls in six appearances and earning two first team All-Pro nominations along with eight Pro Bowl selections.

Suh made a name for himself with the Detroit Lions bursting onto the scene as a rookie in 2010, winning defensive rookie of the year as well as receiving a Pro Bowl and first team All-Pro selection. He would earn three more All-Pros in Detroit before leaving to play in Miami for three seasons and a year with the Rams.

The Bucs signed Suh in the 2019 season and was an important factor in having the top run defense in the league. Suh started all 16 games and recorded 41 tackles with 2.5 sacks, seven tackles for a loss, four passes defended, four fumble recoveries and two defensive touchdowns. He re-signed with the Bucs on another one-year deal and should continue to play a key role on the interior defensive line.

The Bucs had two other former players make the list in offensive guard Logan Mankins and cornerback Darrelle Revis. But like Brady and Suh, both players spent little time with the Bucs and made the all-decade team for their accomplishments on other teams. Former Buc Gerald McCoy and current starting inside linebacker Lavonte David were most notably snubbed as players who the Bucs originally drafted.

Mankins played two seasons for the Bucs from 2014 to 2015 and made a Pro Bowl that second year while assisting the Bucs line in getting the offense to fifth best in the NFL. He is best known for playing for the New England Patriots before getting traded to the Bucs for tight end Tim Wright and a fourth-round pick in the 2014 Draft.

Revis became the best cornerback in football starting out with the New York Jets where he had three Pro Bowls and three first-team All Pros in that time. Revis spent one season with the Bucs after Tampa Bay traded their number 13 overall pick in the 2013 Draft to the Jets for him.

In his lone season in Tampa Bay, Revis had two interceptions, 11 passes defended, 50 tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and was selected to the Pro Bowl. Revis was cut the next season due to his high salary not being guaranteed and went on to win a Super Bowl with the Patriots the next season, followed by returning to the Jets for two years and then playing one season for the Kansas City Chiefs.
