The Bucs announced on Saturday that they have promoted safety Javon Hagan and offensive guard Ted Larsen from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of their NFC Championship match-up with the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

With no players on the league’s reserve/COVID-19 list for Tampa Bay, Hagan and Larsen fill the two eligible promotion spots for this week. Hagan’s promotion could potentially provide depth at a safety position that was shaken when an ankle injury took rookie Antoine Winfield Jr. from a full participant in practice on Thursday to a non-participant on Friday, leaving him questionable for Sunday’s contest. Larsen will serve as a backup interior offensive lineman after initially filling in for right guard Alex Cappa following his broken ankle against Washington, with Aaron Stinnie set to make his second career start.
