The NFLPA just released its Year-End Top 50 Player Sales List, and Tom Brady beat Patrick Mahomes again. Just months after Brady’s Bucs beat Mahomes’ Chiefs, 31-9, in Super Bowl LV, Tampa Bay’s QB was the leader in NFL jersey sales. The date range for the merchandise sales in the NFLPA report is March 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021.

The legendary QB, who wound up being the Super Bowl LV MVP, signing with Tampa Bay after spending 20 years in New England was one thing. The fact that the Bucs went back to their popular red and white jerseys worn from 1997-2013 was another. Throw in the new popular pewter alternate jerseys and it was easy to see why his jersey was the most sought after.
NFLPA – Additional Sales Where Brady Shined:
Tom Brady broke the Fanatics record for most jerseys sold in a single season. Additionally, the quarterback’s product accounted for 19% of all Tampa Bay Buccaneers championship sales in the four days after the Super Bowl.
Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson and Ezekiel Elliott represented the top player signatures from Lids, which fans affixed to New Era caps.
Tom Brady led all players in sales of Wincraft pins, koozies, posters and stickers. Joe Burrow. Patrick Mahomes, Rob Gronkowski and Travis Kelce rounded out the top five.
SportsManias player emojis were a hit, with Tom Brady, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Philip Rivers, Baker Mayfield and Ezekiel Elliott representing the top five most widely used on the NFLPA keyboard this past year.
Patrick Mahomes, Dak Prescott, Tom Brady, Ezekiel Elliott and Russell Wilson sold the most player face coverings from FOCO.
Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson topped all sales of Funko Pop vinyl collectibles at year’s end.
