Fresh off of ruling four players out for Sunday’s Week 7 matchup in Charlotte against the Panthers, the Bucs have released their final injury report. Tampa Bay, coming in at 3-3, is in search of a rebound following last week’s 20-18 loss to the Steelers. Meanwhile, Carolina is 1-5 and in full tank mode after trading away Robbie Anderson early this week and Christian McCaffrey on Thursday night.
