After not appearing on the injury report all week, Bucs RB LeSean McCoy has been added to the list with a “questionable” designation, although the designation is not injury related. McCoy has 10 carries for 31 yards and 15 catches for 101 yards this season, while acting as the team’s third-string back. He could be useful on Sunday if he’s able to play however, as both Leonard Fournette (abdomen) and Ronald Jones (finger) are playing through injuries.

In light of LB Devin White and DT Steve McLendon missing Sunday’s game on the COVID-19 list, the Bucs signed back LB Jack Cichy from the Patriots practice squad, and elevated defensive tackle Benning Potoa’e from the practice squad. CB Herb Miller, who recorded his first career interception last week in the fourth quarter against the Detroit Lions, was also elevated, presumably to replace Carlton Davis, who was listed as doubtful on the team’s final injury report of the week.

All three could play major roles for the Bucs on Sunday, especially on special teams, where Miller and Cichy are likely to take on immediate roles. Potoa’e should compete with rookie Khalil Davis for playing time as a part of the Bucs five-man interior defensive line rotation.

Don’t do this to me with your vague headlines. I thought you were talking about Rojo. McCoy on the IR I can live with.

Yeah, but Rojo doesn’t wear number 25. The picture always matches whom the article is about.

Ugh, we finally shorten our injury list and all of a sudden we are gonna be missing a third of our defense. Really hope our guys show up and still take care of business and we start fresh in the Wild Card Game!

After all the talk by B.A. about going all out with the starters to win this game, we now see what’s really going on. Rightfully so. B.A. is rewarding some back ups with starts, and saving starters for next week. No reason Vaughn can’t tow the rock most of this game. I’m too excited to see some younger players like Davis.
