For a Bucs team looking to get back in the playoff picture and go on a postseason run, Slivon goes over several guys who need to step up. Improvements on defense are necessary, whether that is defensive tackle Vita Vea balling out in a contract year, or cornerback Zyon McCollum, who has yet to put it all together. Veterans and young players alike must come together, or things will fall apart.
On the offensive side of the football, there are also questions. Maybe not as many, but Slivon goes over one team captain who has to fend off young players and prove that he can be a veteran to build around.
