The Bucs on Tuesday have announced the release of WR Freddie Martino after re-signing him just three days ago on October 13th. This is the second time Martino has been released by the Bucs this season, with the first cut made to open up a roster spot for Jameis Winston.
The Bucs have also released practice squad players Jarron Jones and Dare Ogunbowale, while simultaneously signing David Rivers and Ruben Holcomb to the practice squad.

Holcomb (6-4, 309) spent this past offseason and preseason with Tampa Bay. He played collegiately at the University of Indianapolis. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, he will wear No. 70 for the Buccaneers.
Rivers (6-0, 185) appeared in one game for Tampa Bay in 2017 and spent time on the team’s practice squad. The Miami native spent this past offseason with the Buccaneers, before being waived on August 8. Rivers, who played collegiately at Youngstown State, will wear No. 37 for Tampa Bay.
