The Buccaneers’ communications department announced during the fourth quarter of their game against the Saints on Sunday that Demar Dotson had suffered a hamstring injury and was ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

It was a rough trip to New Orleans for the Bucs’ offensive line, allowing quarterback Jameis Winston to be sacked six times, and this certainly adds to a bad day as the team lacks depth at the position should the injury linger. Tampa Bay has offensive tackles Jared Hawkins and Josh Wells, who was added in September, on the roster, while Earl Watford is also an experienced offensive lineman who has been praised by head coach Bruce Arians for his positional versatility moving forward.

Pewter Report will continue to update the situation as more information is made available.
