Practice has moved to night time as Bruce Arians wants to get the players acclimated to their Thursday Night game in week two against the Carolina Panthers.

That’s not the only difference that has come from the coaching staff, and there’s been vast improvement from some of the second year players. The group goes into detail on how and why the likes of Ronald Jones and Vita Vea have gotten better.

Thursday night’s practice was also the Women of Red, which has been the fifth year that the Bucs have ran this. After commenting on how great that has been for the NFL, the focus then shifts to what’s happened with the offense, and we get a surprise visitor at the end of the show. I have always been on the side of the camp that believes coaching matters in the NFL. To me the talent level of NFL teams isn’t that far off with one another given the salary cap restraints. Bucs issue over the years has been coaching up existing talent even if the talent isn’t A+. If you can can’t coach up D level players to C or B level players to As it doesn’t matter if you can load a squad with A+++.
