There’s a clear separation in talent at quarterback here at the Senior Bowl. Justin Herbert and Jordan Love have been the top quarterbacks at practice and there’s a big drop off with the others. Bruce Arians said in his last press conference before the offseason that they’re really going to take their time making a decision on Jameis Winston and they’ve stuck to that. The longer it takes, does that mean they’re more willing to part ways? It could come down to how far the gap is between how much the Bucs want to pay Winston and what Winston thinks he deserves.
