Many have guessed when training camp would start and Bruce Arians revealed to the media that the Bucs will hit the field on July 21st. But before that, Arians spoke about the current racial injustice in America and the PR staff applauded Arians for doing so, and also discussed how both the Bucs and Arians have been at the forefront of hiring minority coaches for years now.
