The Bucs re-signed safety Andrew Adams to a one-year, $1.01 million deal on Sunday, per Greg Auman of The Athletic.
Bucs safety Andrew Adams' new contract to return for 2020 is one year, $1.01-million. Qualifies for minimum salary benefit — minimum for his experience is $910,000, and with MSB would only count $750,000 for cap purposes.

Adams has been a mid-season addition to the Bucs’ roster the past two seasons, brought in following injuries to the safety position, while totaling 15 starts in 27 games, 84 tackles, five interceptions and three tackles for loss.
Should Justin Evans’ injury continue to delay his return without a starting replacement added, Adams could continue to see consistent time at the free safety position in Todd Bowles’ defense.
