The 0-3 Bucs return to Raymond James Stadium Sunday afternoon to wrap up a three-game homestand against the 1-2 Packers. Tampa Bay is not only looking to get a win out of this stretch of three straight games at home, but it’s obviously looking for its first win of the 2026 campaign as well. And given the state of the NFC South, this team really is one win away from being right back in the thick of the division race.

The task ahead is a difficult one, even if Green Bay comes in at 1-2 and has had its own share of problems in the first three weeks of the season. Tampa Bay’s offense has been broken enough in the last two weeks, and now offensive coordinator Zac Robinson will have to fix it without starting quarterback Baker Mayfield. Instead, it’ll be undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels making his first career start in the NFL. Can Daniels give the Bucs a spark and get them in the win column before they head to Dallas for Thursday Night Football off a short week? The hope is that he can. It would be quite the accomplishment and a hell of a story.
In addition to the team’s search for its first win and Daniels’ starting debut, there will be plenty else to follow for Tampa Bay in this one — as usual. And that’s the reason we’re here right now. Like we do every week here on PewterReport.com, we’re here to dive into the records and milestones that some key Bucs are chasing in the upcoming game.
Last week, Baker Mayfield passed Doug Williams (12,648) for the sixth-most passing yards in franchise history, while David Walker became the first Buc to record multiple sacks in their first three career games since Antoine Winfield Jr. in 2020. Chase McLaughlin also passed Matt Bryant and Donald Igwebuike (416) for the fourth-most points scored by a kicker in team history and moved ahead of Bryant (99) for the fourth-most field goals in Buccaneer history.
Now, let’s see where things stand heading into Week 4.
Bucs Record Watch: Week 4 vs. Packers

Chris Godwin Jr.
Godwin needs four touchdowns to pass James Wilder (46) for the third-most touchdowns from scrimmage in Bucs history.
With nine more points scored, Godwin will pass Wilder (276) for the 10th-most in team history.
Sunday will be Godwin’s 124th game with Tampa Bay, tying Donovan Smith for the 18th-most in franchise history.
Cade Otton
Otton needs one receiving touchdown to pass Calvin Magee and Alex Smith (11) for the seventh-most by a tight end in Bucs history. That would also tie him for the sixth-most.
With one more reception, Otton will have the third-most by a tight end in franchise history.
Vita Vea
Vea remains 4.5 sacks away from passing David Logan (39.0) for the seventh-most in Buccaneer history.
Sunday will be Vea’s 116th game as a Buc, leaving him two behind Randy Grimes (118) for the 25th-most in team history.
Anthony Nelson
Nelson is set for his 111th game with the Bucs, tying him with Cecil Johnson for the 32nd-most in franchise history.

David Walker
Walker is one sack away from tying Howard Jones (3.0 in 2015), Eric Curry (3.0 in 1993) and Shawn Price (3.0 in 1993) for the second-most sacks by a Buc through four career games.
Walker would need four sacks in Sunday’s game to tie Santana Dotson (6.0 in 1992) for the most by a Buccaneer through four career games.
Josiah Trotter
Trotter is three tackles away from passing Antoine Winfield Jr. (23 in 2020) for the most by a Buc through three career games (since at least 2000).
With 10 tackles in Sunday’s game, Trotter will pass DeMeco Ryans (30 in 2006) for the fifth-most through three career games (since 2000). He’ll need 11 to pass Preston Brown (31 in 2014) and Shemar James (31 in 2025) for the third-most, while 13 more would move him ahead of Fred Warner (33 in 2018) for the second-most.
With 11 tackles against the Packers, Trotter would pass Kwon Alexander (31 in 2016) for the fifth-most by a Buccaneer in the first three games of a season (since at least 2000). He needs 12 more to pass Barrett Ruud (32 in 2009) for the fourth-most, 13 more to pass Devin White (33 in 2020) for the third-most and 14 more to pass Derrick Brooks (34 in 2000) and Ruud (34 in 2007) for the most through three games of a season.

Zyon McCollum
McCollum is one pass defensed away from passing Simeon Rice (37) for sole possession of the 12th-most in team history. That would also tie him with Antoine Winfield Jr. for the 11th-most, though Winfield is obviously still active and adding to his career total.
Antoine Winfield Jr.
It’s been a while since Winfield has made a splash play, hasn’t it? So, many of the milestones he’s chasing remain the same. He’s still 10.5 sacks away from passing Ronde Barber (28.0) for the most by a defensive back in Bucs history and the second-most by a defensive back in NFL history.
One more forced fumble would tie Winfield with David Logan and Broderick Thomas (13) for the ninth-most in team history.
His next fumble recovery will move Winfield ahead of Lee Roy Selmon (10) for the fourth-most ever by a Buccaneer defender while tying him with Cecil Johnson and John Cannon (11) for the third-most.
Winfield is one interception away from reaching 10 for his career. With that 10th interception, he would become the 16th defensive back in NFL history (since sacks became an official stat in 1982, at least) to record 500+ tackles, 15+ sacks and 10+ interceptions. Not only that, but he would join Bill Bates, Dave Duerson, Rodney Harrison, Derwin James Jr. and Adrian Wilson as the only defensive backs to hit those marks in their first seven seasons.
Winfield is still four passes defensed away from passing Brent Grimes (41) for the 10th-most in Bucs history.
Chase McLaughlin
McLaughlin has officially passed Matt Bryant for the fourth-most field goals in franchise history, so now his sights are on Connor Barth (114), who has the third-most. Heading into Week 4, No. 4 is 15 away from passing Barth.

McLaughlin is nine points away from passing Mike Alstott (432) for the fifth-most in team history.
With one more field goal from 50+ yards out, McLaughlin will pass Graham Gano (46) for the 10th-most in league history. Four more field goals from 50 or beyond would then move McLaughlin ahead of Greg Zuerlein (49) for the ninth-most in NFL history.
Todd Bowles
Including the playoffs, Bowles is now 36-39 in his four-plus years as Tampa Bay’s head coach. Despite the sub-.500 record, he remains one win away from passing Bruce Arians (36) for the most wins by a head coach (regular season + playoffs) in team history.
Jason Licht
Licht is still one win away from his 100th as the Bucs’ general manager (regular season + playoffs). He’s looking to become the first general manager in franchise history to hit that milestone.
