After a very busy day on Wednesday where the Buccaneers hosted Derwin James, Vita Vea and Queton Nelson in for private visits, there was no rest before the weekend as a report from Jenna Laine of ESPN tells us the team has Louisville cornerback Jaire Alexander in for a private visits on Thursday.

Yes! One of the guys i want us to grab. Alexander is fast and has nice coverage skills.

I like Alexander but only if we trade back into the latter half of the first round.

This would be a good draft pick, not at 7 though.

Hopefully we trade back if Nelson, Chubb, and Barkley are off the board. A CB like Alexander looks just as promising to me as Ward or any other DB who would be available at 7.

Where are all the “teeny tiny CB” whiners? He’s an inch shorter than Ward.

It sounds like there are about 5 really good CB’s in this draft, we should be in position to grab one in the 2nd. I prefer the ballhawks like Alexander/Jackson myself.

I think the sweet spot for the corners in this draft is in the 2nd round.

Alexander is better than Ward. Alexander is a ball hawk. I would trade back and get some picks back from doing the PP trade and take Alexandra
