After an ugly Week 2 loss to the previously winless Denver Broncos, the (2-1) Tampa Bay Buccaneers are looking to rebound with a win against the (2-1) Philadelphia Eagles. However, as the Bucs attempt to bounce back into the win column, the organization also hopes that some of its roster bounces back from its injuries.

Against the Broncos, some of the Bucs’ top players, such as right tackle Luke Goedeke, safety Antoine Winfield Jr., and defensive tackle Vita Vea, were all out after the physicality of the game began to make its mark on the starters early in the season. Still, there’s a chance that some of them may be back this week.
On the other side of the ball, the Eagles are coming off a gritty win versus the New Orleans Saints, where the team managed to pull off a win despite being without its top two receivers late in the game. There’s a possibility that obstacle will reappear once again this week as A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith try to overcome their injuries.Â
Some Bucs Starters Back Participating
Bucs right tackle Luke Goedeke [concussion] and nose tackle Vita Vea [knee] were able to participate in a limited capacity on Wednesday, which represents progress compared to last week.Â
Unfortunately, safety Antoine Winfield Jr. did not participate in Wednesday’s practice, but perhaps even more worrisome is the sheer number of players making an appearance on the injury report.
