Buccaneers need to ACT on OC position!

Now that the Browns and the Rams have added openings for Offensive Coordinators, should the Buccaneers ACT? If they WANT a Trestman, a Koetter or a Roman they had better make an offer and get it done. We need a strong, qualified, independent OC or we're going to get what we already have.Someone told what to do by a HC who knows little or nothing about offense.Might even help in evaluating and in ranking Mariota/Winston. GET IT DONE!
