Who is your favorite prospect for the Bucs in this upcoming draft? For me it is Sammy Watkins.  I believe he's an incredible talent and maybe the best guy in the draft.  Speed?  CheckYAC?  CheckLeaping Ability?  CheckToughness?  CheckCharacter?  Don't knowOverall, I think he'd be an incredible longterm spark for the Bucs' offense.  If his character checks out, I'd love to add him to our ranks!

He was my pick BEFORE tonight. His play in tonight's game should have solidified him to some others too.

If we're discussing 2nd round, how about Troy Niklas, TE from Notre Dame?  He hasn't declared yet but he could be just what we need. He is 6'6" and 270 lbs. he has only been a TE for  2 years and is still developing his blocking. However he is already a good blocker and getting better and better. He is very athletic and has excellent hands.  They don't throw to him much but do look for him when they are in the red zone.

Don't misunderstand: I really like Seferian-Jenkins too.

For me its DE/OLB Anthony Barr and DE Kony Ealy. Barr could be a first round option and Ealy if he is there in the top of the second could be an option.

Sammy Watkins... watching him he seems special. I loved Austin last year and the questions about him turned out to be legit. Watkins burst and speed look real similar to Austin, difference being he runs good routes and is bigger. Once he runs a 4.3 whatever at the combine I think hes going to be gone at our pick.He fills exactly what we need to make our offense dynamic... and with how I envision Tedford's offense I think hes going to need the type of WR Watkins is/what we lack at present.

I like Watkins and wouldn't mind if he was the pick.  But, how much money will the Bucs then have tied up in WRs?

Watkins contract won't be that big for a number of years, by then Williams and Jackson could both be gone.
