I like The Lovie as HC Idea...But....What would you think of Mike Martz and go with offensive type mind ...I'm not touting anyone...maybe just thinking out loud...
Because Lovie had so much success with Martz the last time he was his OC

I have been deliberating with myself on the possibility of Ken Zampese as a possible candidate as offensive coordinator...he has never been an offensive coordinator at the pro level but was the passing game coordinator in 2002 for the Rams and they were second in the league that year in passing yards per game. He has also developed Carson Palmer, Andy Dalton - revived Jon Kitna's career and got Bruce Gradkowski serviceable enough to led the Bengals to two wins as a back-up starter.
