Glazers, I know you probably don't want to pay a coach to not coach but sometimes you have to pay for your mistakes and Schiano is a mistake; Rest assured, you probably wouldn't have to pay long because some college will give him a job and then his salary will be their problem. So, here is my suggestion to fix your franchise moving forward. First things first as I alluded to with my opening statement: Fire Schiano and the whole staff with maybe 2 exceptions Earnest Byner & Bryan Cox.then there is Mark Dominik; this is tricky since no one can be sure if he or you guys hired Raheem or Schiano. His drafting record isn't all that great but it isn't too bad either but one thing that is good and can be considered great is his track record with the salary cap not to mention he has been a loyal executive to you guys from the start. With all that said I wouldn't call for him to be fired just reassigned. Make him the VP or some other title with his chief duties being cap management and business affairs. Now that the house cleaning is taken care of now for the replenishing............Promote Eric Stokes to GM; let him reorganize the front office to his liking and hire his hand picked coach. This is just a hunch but I say that coach would be Darrell Bevell. That's just my hunch and I would support who ever he hires but they have a connection from Stokes' time with the Seahawks.Bevell is well qualified to be a coach in the NFL and being named as the Bucs coach would be perfect timing as it is quite obvious that the Bucs need to get a young franchise QB not now but immediately. We all have seen the development of Russell Wilson but he has also worked well with Farve among others. Two times he has worked with Farve as QB coach in Green Bay and as Offensive Coordinator in Minnesota where he knew how to incorporate big time offensive weapons like Percy Harvin, Adrian Peterson and Sidney Rice. Rice became a big weapon of his in Seattle as well. Speaking of Seattle he has managed to help make Russell Wilson a Pro Bowl QB with minimal passing options this year using players like Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin & Jermaine Kearse. Before going to Minnesota he developed Matt Hasselback who was backing up Farve in Green Bay and became a standout performer later in Seattle. He knows the QB position due to the fact he was a very capable one in college at the D-I level at Wisconsin where he led them to a Rose Bowl win and left as their leading passer. I know he has no previous head coaching experience but every head coach at some point in their careers never had head coaching experience even the great ones look at Sean Payton and Mike Tomlin who you guys are familiar with. Like Payton and Tomlin; Bevell has tutored under some great ones in Holmgren and Carroll. I know this method didn't work with Raheem but Bevell has a much better resume than Raheem and has paid his dues as he has been a coordinator in the league and a very good one at that. Glazer boys, if you guys really want an NFL caliber offense with a franchise QB and a team that can compete and win then Bevell is your guy; bring him in here and let him draft our next QB.As far as a staff; Bevell has been coaching a long time in the NFL and I am sure he has cultivated many relationships in that time and is very capable of putting together an excellent staff with NFL experience. The offense seems easy; he can call his own plays; if not, I am sure he has someone in mind he can trust. As far as the defense; one name I like for DC that Bevell has worked with before is Leslie Frazier, of course Frazier would have to be let go in Minnesota. So, there it is Bryan, Edward & Joel, I have laid out a game plan for you; now Follow through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
