CB Chris Owens, visiting Bucs this week, played at San Jose State at same time that Bucs QBs coach Marcus Arroyo was a Spartans assistant.Bucs free-agent target Chris Owens, 27, had 57 tackles with Cleveland last year, finished season w/ Miami. Spent 2009-12 w/ Falcons, 3 INTs.
