Given that Smith has final roster say that means teams will be able to block moves because it isn't a "real" GM job.
Am I the only person here that remembers that McKay played footsie with Arthur Blank while botching the GM job his last year in town? I appreciate his role in the rise of the Bucs, but he burned the bridge as far as I'm concerned.
No, I remember and I am unforgiving about how it all occurred.

You are not. First day of TC and McKay was in Atlanta playing golf with his best buddy. I will always believe McKay did everything he could to sabotage the team after the Glazers overruled his choice of Lewis in favor of Gruden. Freeman and McKay should eat sh!t and die. Both screwed the Bucs royally.

And before that he was campaigning heavily to be the NFL Commissioner. McKay's biggest fan base has always been the press, who never lacked for a scoop under his regime.
