PR How would you describe our blocking scheme and OL needs?

Not sure what Koetter's scheme entails with regard to blocking scheme. Is it a zone blocking scheme with some power elements? I recall there hearing there are a lot of screens. So are we looking for lighter, faster OL like Ogbuehi, Erving, Fisher or Clemmings rather than phonebook types like Tomlinson?
