PR: Why should St. Lovie NOT be fired immediately?

I need to hear good reasons for keeping this man as the Buccaneers HC. Not the continuity crap, constantly losing does not fly. Not the waving of the arms to express what else can we do answer.Not the because it looks bad to admit ANOTHER mistake by the Glazers was made but reasons most fans like about winning HC's.I don't see ANY improvement of the Schiano teams. I see a team totally unprepared after months of time to BE prepared for the very important opening day Titans game. I see a HC living in the past, an uninspiring dinosaur who thinks being stubborn is a valued part of character.WHY go on with this mess? His positives please. And good luck.
