The first 5 year plan (1928-1932) sought to collectivize agriculture which is not as modern and cutting edge as the new plan to collectivize renewable energy. Lets hope this completely original, never before tried plan to make everyone equal comrades in a green new America doesn't have the same results as the last time.... errrr sorry this is an original idea so no need to fear anything so ghastly as the Holodomor or even a run of the mill famine.... I'm sure we'll all be fine. What could happen, its only equality and a living wage?
